Paul Salzberger has practiced law in Dallas, Texas since 1960 including a traditional business transaction practice involving commercial real property development, sales, leases; and, business organization formations, operations, agreements,  “fall-outs”, “buy-outs”,  “work-outs”; and, secured commercial lending/financing; and, Dallas Bar Association Fee Dispute Arbitrator and FINRA Arbitrator.  Mr. Salzberger has mediated more than 2,000 cases since 1989, acts as a mediator coach and trainer and is moderately fluent in Spanish; and, long ago, JAG service.
