Paul L. Salzberger has practiced law in Dallas since 1960. He has had a traditional business transaction practice involving commercial real property development, sales and leases; business formations, operations, agreements, “fall-outs,” “buyouts,” “workouts:” and secured commercial lending/financing.
He has served as a Dallas Bar Association Fee Dispute Arbitrator and NASD Arbitrator. Mr. Salzberger has mediated more than 1,500 cases since 1989, acts as a mediator coach and trainer, and is moderately fluent in Spanish. He served in the JAG section of the U.S. Army. |
