Text Box: HIS CLIENTS SAY:

Another nice job, Ken, with both parties.

Ken did a good job with a case that should not have been ordered to mediation and had no chance to settle. I will use him again.

There were complex collateral issues which the mediator painstakingly addressed and understood.

Based on the initial settlement demand and counter offer, I was not sure this case would settle. It did! We appreciate your hard work.

Ken did a great job with a tough defendant.

This was a difficult mediation but Ken was very helpful.
