She has extensive first-chair trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury disputes. Brenda is board certified in personal injury trial law and AV rated by Martindale Hubble. Brenda is frequently asked to serve as guardian ad litem in cases involving complex legal issues and catastrophic damages. She also frequently lectures to health care industry professionals across the country regarding medical liability issues.
