Ms. Damuth has been practicing law in Texas since 1978, and has mediated over 800 cases.  She brings a unique perspective to the mediation process in that she has extensive first chair trial experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in personal injury disputes.  She is board certified in personal injury trial law and AV rated by Martindale Hubble.  Ms. Damuth is frequently asked to serve as guardian ad litem in cases involving complicated legal issues and catastrophic damages.  She also lectures frequently across the country to professionals in the health care industry regarding medical liability issues.
