Ken Rubenstein has practiced law in Texas since 1985 and has been a full-time mediator since 1993.  He has mediated in excess of 3,500 disputes in the areas of personal injury, multi-party business litigation, real estate and construction, employment, premises and product liability, debt collection and workouts and medical and professional malpractice.  His trial experience extends to both the federal and state courts.  He has also received appointments as a federal court receiver and frequently serves as a guardian ad litem.

Ken Rubenstein pursues a wide variety of sports activities and is devoted to his wife and family. He was named 2002 Father of the Year by the White Rock YMCA.  He is also a humor writer.  He was selected by his peers as one of Texas’ Super Lawyers for 2008 in the mediation field.
