Kathy Fragnoli has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1979.  She is Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College, and a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law and Harvard School for Negotiations. 
After a twelve year career with a major airline and more than a decade of mediation, negotiation, and arbitration experience, she formed The Resolution Group.
In 2008, Kathy was voted by the State Bar of Texas as one of the top mediators in Texas for the past 20 years and was selected by her peers as one of the
Best Lawyers in America for 2009 in the field of dispute resolution.
  She was listed in Texas Monthly as a Texas Superlawyer for 2009.
Kathy is one of 23 mediators in the nation profiled in a book about ADR published by the American Bar Association.  Her mediation classes have been featured on CNN.  She is the author of Peace at Work: When Work Isn’t Working, which can be ordered through Amazon.
