Text Box: Kathy Fragnoli has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1979 and has more than a decade of mediation and arbitration experience. As a former senior attorney for American Airlines she has twelve years of extensive experience in handling a variety of issues, including those related to Title VII, personal injury claims and real estate. Ms. Fragnoli recently taught a graduate level course in Employment Law at the University of Texas in Arlington. Her company, The Resolution Group, is currently under contract with the Pentagon to train Air Force mediators. Kathy has also piloted a model mediation program for federal inmates and is active as a labor arbitrator for the United States Postal Service and several corporations and municipalities. As a former Public Defender and Special Prosecutor, she has tried over 300 criminal cases. Kathy was one of 23 mediators recently profiled in a book about Alternative Dispute Resolution published by the American Bar Association.
