Karen Hubbard has been licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma since 1985 and is a graduate of the American Academy of Attorney-Mediators, Inc., training program. She has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Karen has handled personal injury, worker’s compensation, Deceptive Trade Practices Act and business litigation as well as general corporate and contract matters. She has assisted in conducting mediation training programs and has taught litigation procedure at El Centro Community College, and has lectured in seminars on personal injury and worker’s compensation.
Karen has mediated in excess of 750 disputes predominately in the areas of personal injury, product and premises liability, worker’s compensation and medical malpractice. She is frequently requested to mediate sexual harassment and sexual assault cases as well as other cases involving sensitive issues. |
