Michael Penick is a full-time mediator with 27 years of law practice experience in medical malpractice, nursing home litigation and personal injury. He is Adjunct Professor of Law at Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he teaches the medical malpractice course of study.
Michael spent many years in private practice representing physicians, hospitals and their insurers, followed by several years representing patients in medical malpractice and nursing home cases. He has in the past and continues to write and lecture extensively in the area of medical malpractice and nursing home litigation.
Penick has chaired various state bar events and is the author of Volume 44 and Volume 44A of West’s Texas Practice Series, entitled Medical Malpractice. |
