Ken Rubenstein: Has practiced law in Texas since 1985. He has served as an arbitrator and a mediator, having conducted more than 3,500 mediations since 1993. He has received appointments as a federal court receiver and frequently serves as a guardian ad litem. He was selected by his peers as one of Texas’s Super Lawyers for 2008 in the mediation field. |

Paul Salzberger: Has served as a Dallas Bar Association Fee Dispute Arbitrator and NASD Arbitrator. Mr. Salzberger has mediated more than 1,500 cases since 1989, acts a mediator coach and trainer, and is moderately fluent in Spanish. Salzberger has received American Arbitration Association and NASD Arbitration Training, and is a member of the American Arbitration Association. |

Michael Penick: Adjunct Professor of Law at Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he teaches the medical malpractice course of study. He has in the past and continues to write and lecture extensively in the area of medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. Penick has chaired various state bar events and is the author of Volume 44 and Volume 44A of West’s Texas Practice Series, entitled Medical Malpractice. |
